Shipping Policy:

  1. Shipping Costs

 Delivery charge of Rs.100/- will be applicable for all orders below Rs. 1500/. For orders above Rs. 1500/-, delivery will be free of charge (applicable to single orders of Rs.1500/- and above).

  1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Dr. Torque has partnered up with three delivery companies i.e. DTDC, FedEx and Shri Maruti Courier Service which provide both standard and express shipping.

For urgent cases we provide shipping of material within 24hrs and 48 hrs with extra charges as applicable.

If the material is available in stock then the expected delivery time is 7-10 working days, it can be extended depending upon the delivery area, like rural areas and remote areas.

If the material is not available in stock then you can directly contact us via email or call, our team will process the enquiry accordingly.

  1. Missing or Lost Packages

If the material is lost or misplaced by the courier service company and is not delivered to the customer within the stipulated time, in that case customer has to send a request via email with shipment details within 24 hours after the expected delivery time is over. After receiving the request, team will take proper actions and will update accordingly.

  1. Return & Exchange Information

If the customer gets a package which is tampered from outside, then don’t accept the package and return it to the delivery person by mentioning rejected and inform us by email or call within 24 hours only.

If the package is Ok and the material inside it is damaged, the customer has to raise the request via email and has to send the material back to us within 24 hours of receiving of material. Our concerned team will inspect the material and then only refund or exchange will be initiated, but the material should be unused and unworn.

Return : In return policy customer has to send the material back to our office at its own expenses and our concerned team will check the material and after that refund will be initiated. This has to be done within 24 hours from the time of material received.

Exchange : If the customer wants to exchange the material, the customer has to send the material to our office at its own expenses and our concerned team will check the material and then the exchange process will start. Shipping charges for the exchanged material will be borne by the customer.
